Dirty Dozen Smoky Sweet Rub is a delicious sweet, smoky, and herbaceous rub that works especially well on pork and chicken. While it is a Chicken and Pork Rub for BBQ, Grilled or Roasted meats it will work on anything where you want to add a sweet smokiness without a lot of salt, pepper and spice. Using Chicken Bouillon Powder will add a little Umami, leave it out if you are not an MSG fan.
Use the Smoky Sweet Rub on grilled chicken, bacon wrapped pork or to add a little sweetness and smokiness to pork ribs especially when grilled on a gas grill.

Chef Ron's Famous Grilled Creamy Potato Salad is the perfect side for kids and adults alike. Just enough dill and chives to provide a herbaceous complexity and sour cream and mayonnaise to provide a wonderful creamy base.
This side works with any BBQ, from chicken to ribs, steaks to fish.
This recipe is very easy to make and will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, in fact it is probably best made a day ahead.
Remember to HAVE FUN and adjust the recipe to fit your taste, if you do not have an ingredient, just leave it out!
